Our artist was asked if he could repair and paint match this one off custom painted heavily paint damaged hayabusa.
The owner bought the bike from LA and had it shipped to the UK. On arrival the busa had several dents and scratches including damage to the underside from grounding out, cracks in the lacquer and chips in the fuel tank.
The paintwork was repaired and then painstakingly matched in to the original design. After consultation with the owner the artist re-structured the design to 'over paint' where the original artist had displayed poor quality finishing, and bad taste in design.
Once the bike parts were ready for fitting, the tank was found to be of the wrong connections (turbo version) and therefore the owner's original tank had to be completely paint matched to the original.
The Artist now familiar with the artwork and design, having painted the bike once, repainted the second fuel tank to match the original. Leaving the finished Hayabusa as guaranteed head turner.

The basic design was airbrushed onto the motorcycle first.
