This bike was painted at the request of the Artist as a show piece.
The bike had both of its fenders and the tank repaired prior to paint being applied.
After priming all three parts were base coated in a black paint, followed by a series of "House of Kolor" paints until a life like fire effect was achieved.
The artist wanted to show off his true fire effect and the Owner wanted skulls so a few were drifted into the fire for effect.
At each stage in the development of the paintwork a coat of lacquer was applied to give the artwork protection and to give the fire depth.
Attention was given to placement of skulls and fire in relation to the seat, chrome bars and light fittings maximize the visual effect of the paintwork.
